Our Cylindrical index table of the series HTT is characterized by a large cam roller radius and a large curve diameter, which means that it can absorb a high mass moment of inertia and move vibration-free with high positioning accuracy.

Mechanism
Due to its geometric design, larger switching angles can be implemented ideally. This type of indexer is therefore often used in intermittent or start-stop operation. A smooth and vibration-free movement sequence is ensured by the rigid housing and the stable bearing of the output shaft.

Mechanism
Our mechanisms are the central mechanical element of our cam gears and ensure identical functionality. The mechanism is characterized by extreme flexibility in production and can be individually adapted to specific requirements. Adjustments such as individual center distances, bearings and structural design features are possible. Our mechanisms can be optimally integrated into your machines, even in confined spaces or complex arrangements of different components.

Pendulum gear
Our cylindrical index tables of the HTT series can also be supplied as pendulum gears. When the drive shaft rotates continuously, the output shaft performs a pendulum movement. For pendulum tasks, however, we recommend using our globoid cam gears of the HSG and HTSG series, as these are better suited to short switching angles. We would be happy to help you design the required pendulum movement for your application.
