Our globoidal cam gears of the series HSG and HTSG are characterized by their typical 90° axis offset and their variable output movement. These properties enable versatile applications with highly dynamic movements and offer extremely high positioning accuracy. Thanks to the particularly rigid construction, they are powerful and guarantee high torque security.

Mechanism
Due to the flexible design of the globoidal cam a wide range of movements, speeds and step sizes can be realized at the output. This enables pendulum movements, pilgrim steps and constant speeds in transfer areas, among other things.
The output shaft is precisely adapted to the specific requirements and applications through a variety of variants to ensure optimum performance and efficiency.

Our mechanisms are the central mechanical element of our cam gears and ensure identical functionality. Pendulum gear
Our globoid cam gears of the HSG/HTSG series are also available as pendulum gears. When the drive shaft rotates continuously, the output shaft performs a pendulum movement. The switching angles can be varied greatly, so that pilgrim step applications are also possible. We would be happy to help you design the required pendulum movement for your specific application.
